The following is a list of options that you can select in the Mapping Object drop-down list of qualifiers in HR Admin > Employee Data Mapping Rules.
Qualifier | Description |
---|---|
Age (greater than or equal to) |
The employee's age in their employee profile. Used to define only those employees above or equal to a certain age as eligible for an employee data mapping rule, so that you can create rules that are specific to older employees. Unlike other qualifiers, this qualifier expects an age (that is, a number value) in the xref field, and then resolves to TRUE if the employee’s age is greater than or equal to the number entered as the xref value. |
Age (less than) |
The employee's age in their employee profile. Used to define only those employees below a certain age as eligible for an employee data mapping rule, so that you can create rules that are specific to younger employees. When you select this option, you can enter a number of years in the ShortName-XRefCode field. Only whole numbers (no decimals) are accepted. When an employee data mapping rule with this qualifier runs, Dayforce compares the number of years entered against the employee's age as of the current date. |
Annual Salary (greater than or equal to) |
The employee's annual salary in their employee profile. Used to define only those employees with an annual salary above or equal to a certain amount as eligible for an employee data mapping rule. This qualifier expects a numeric value in the xref field, and then resolves to TRUE if the employee’s salary is greater than or equal to the number entered as the xref value. |
Annual Salary (less than) |
The employee's annual salary in their employee profile. Used to define only those employees with an annual salary less than a certain amount as eligible for an employee data mapping rule. This qualifier expects a numeric value in the xref field, and then resolves to TRUE if the employee’s salary is less than the number entered as the xref value. |
