Manage Time Entry Policy and Pay Policy Assignments

After you enable break attestation functionality in time entry policies and configure the Break Premium Rule in the appropriate pay policies, you might need to update your employees’ time entry and pay policy assignments in the People feature.

To update an employee’s policy assignments:

  1. Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Employment > Employment Settings.
  2. In the Policies and Groups section, select a pay policy in the Pay Policy drop-down list.
  3. Select a time entry policy in the Time Entry Policy drop-down list.
  4. Click Save.

To view or edit another employee’s time entry policy and pay policy assignments, click Back to People and select another employee to open their employee profile.
