Manage Employee Eligibility

The Review Cycles > Employee Eligibility tab of Performance Setup > Review Setup displays the list of eligible employees for the review cycle. For scheduled reviews (such as New Hire, Anniversary, or Periodic), employees are added to the Assigned Employees sub-tab when they become eligible, and you cannot assign employee eligibility from the Employee Eligibility sub-tab. Eligibility is determined instead by the Performance – Process Scheduled Reviews background task. See Background Jobs Configuration.
