After you log in for the first time using MFA and set up your account, you need to provide a code in addition to your user name and password when you log in to Dayforce. Depending on how MFA is configured for your organization, you might have to enter a code every time, or you might be able to enter a code once every few days.
Before You Begin: The following instructions assume that you have already logged in using multifactor authentication (MFA) and set up your account. First time login and account setup have additional steps. See First-Time Login with Dayforce Multifactor Authentication.
To log in to Dayforce using MFA:
- Open Dayforce and log in.
- Select text message or voice call to indicate how you will receive the code and click Continue. A verification code is sent to the number you used when you set up MFA.
- Enter the verification code and click Login. If you don’t receive a code, click Log in another way to try again.
