Load Periods

Dayforce automatically displays the Select Calendar Period dialog box when the feature is loaded, and no period has previously been loaded. The periods associated with the first calendar in the drop-down list are displayed by default.

To load a calendar period:

1. Go to PPACA > Administration.
2. Click Load. Dayforce displays the Select Calendar Period dialog box.
3. By default, the Include Initial Period checkbox is selected. To exclude initial period cycles, clear the checkbox.
4. Select the Calendar to load the period from the drop-down list.
5. Enter a date range in which the start of the Stability Period falls, by selecting dates using the From and To calendar icons. By default, Dayforce searches a one-year period beginning on the current date.
6. Click Search.
6. Dayforce displays a list of the periods associated with the selected calendar. Select a calendar period in the list, and click Load.
