Controls access to leave records in the Leave Management screen of People. This includes access to the Leave Details section and, if applicable for the type of leave, the Keep In Touch section of leave records.
Access to the HR Information section of leave records is controlled by the separate Leave Management HR Information access authorization. This is so that users can manage leave without requiring access to potentially sensitive data (such as average weekly pay) held in the HR Information section. See Leave Management HR Information.
The permissions for the Leave Management access authorization are as follows:
- Can Create: Create leave records.
- Can Read: View leave records in the Leave Management screen.
- Can Update: Edit leave records (including adding and deleting KIT Days).
- Can Delete: Delete leave records.
