Last Approved Schedule Rule

You can use the Last Approved Schedule Rule to send schedule acceptance offers when the schedule changes since it was last approved.

Last Approved Schedule Rule settings

Setting	Description
Action	The action that requires schedule approval: Add, Edit, or Delete.
Attribute	The shift details that require acceptance when changed. If you want schedule acceptance offers to be sent when a meal or break is added, you must select Shift, Meal, and Break.

Example

You want to send schedule acceptance offers to employees when you delete their meals. For this example, configure the rule as follows:
