Labor Metric Types for the GL

Important: The features Org Setup > Labor Metrics > Labor Metric Types and Org Setup > Labor Metrics > Labor Metric Codes, must be unlocked by Support.

You can define organization-based labor metric types to use when configuring fixed distribution of the originating labor expense splitting costs on the general ledger. You must define labor metric types before you can create and assign labor metric codes.

To create labor metric types:

1. Go to Org Setup > Labor Metrics
2. Click the Labor Metric Types tab.
3. Click Add.
4. Enter details for the labor metric type, as appropriate.
5. Click Save, then click Refresh.
