Job Assignment Sets

In Org Setup > Job Assignment Sets, you can define sets of job assignments that represent similar characteristics or attributes. These sets can be used to check minimum staffing requirements for scheduling.

For example, if the manager, assistant manager, and departmental managers in an organization are also given keys to the stores where they work, you can group these job assignments into a job assignment set and use it to track whether the key holder minimum staffing requirement has been met. Because any employee qualified to work any position in this set also has keys, Dayforce can ensure that the key holder requirement is met on any schedule by checking if employees with any of these job assignments have been scheduled.
