ICP Access is a role feature in System Admin > Roles in the Features tab. This feature enhances security for in-country partners (ICPs) who use the Documents feature and associated APIs to upload payroll files in ConnectedPay. Documents are limited to pay slips, year-end forms, and leave forms.
When you enable ICP Access, a user can use the following APIs:
- POST End of Employment Statements
- POST Pay Slips
- POST Year End Statements
In addition, when the ICP Access role feature is selected, users cannot perform a POST Document API request unless they are assigned one or more pay groups in the Pay Group Admin Access tab in System Admin > Users. See User Account Settings.
