Hours Worked Alert

This job controls the Hours Worked Alert. When run, the job examines the hours that selected employees have worked and reports which employees have met or exceeded the set threshold hours. See Hours Worked.

Setting Description
Employee Statistics Type

Select one or more employee statistics from the list to restrict the job to run for employees affected by the statistic, or select the Select All checkbox to include all employee statistics.

Note: The Hours Worked Alert is sent to the managers of employees who have statistics data generated by running the Aggregate Monthly Worked Minutes background job.

Employment Status Select one or more employment statuses employees must have for the job to examine them. Common statuses distinguish between employees actively being paid, and those that aren’t.
Threshold Hours Enter the minimum number of hours an employee must have worked during the week for the alert to report on them.
