Before You Begin: To ensure proper functionality, this qualifier should be configured to run after any other qualifier attached to the rule.
You can use this qualifier to determine if an employee has worked a specified number of days in the past that fall on the same weekday as the holiday. For example, if a holiday falls on Friday, the qualifier can be used to determine if the employee has worked at least five Fridays in the last nine weeks. To implement the example above, enter 63 in the Number of days to look back field and 5 in the Number of day of week worked greater or equal to field.
Optionally, the Number of minutes on worked day greater or equal to field can limit what is considered a worked day, based on the number of minutes worked on the day. Additionally, the Include current work day checkbox controls whether the current day contributes to the number of worked days threshold specified in the Number of day of week worked greater or equal to field.
