| Type of Form | Shows MHQ (Multi Establishment Headquarters) for the hiring location that you marked as headquarters for the template, and MHL (Multi Establishment Hiring Location) for all other hiring locations. |
| Legal Entity | The legal entity that each hiring location rolls up to. |
| Org Unit Name | The name of the site, which is defined in the Name field of the Properties tab of Org Setup > Organization > Organization. |
| Hiring Location Name | The hiring location name that is defined for the site in the Hiring Location Name field of the Compliance Properties tab in Org Setup > Organization > Organization. If no Hiring Location Name is defined, Dayforce uses the name defined in the Establishment Name field of the same location. If no Establishment Name field is defined, this column is blank in the user interface; however, the Name of Hiring Location column in the export file defaults to showing the org unit name. |
| Protected Veterans | The number of employees identified as protected veterans included for each hiring location. Only employees assigned to jobs with a defined job category are included. |
| Total Employees | The total number of employees included for each hiring location. Only employees that are assigned to jobs with a defined job category are included. |
| Protected Veterans (New Hires) | The number of new hires identified as protected veterans included for each hiring location. Only new hires assigned to jobs with a defined job category are included. New hires are employees hired outside of the date in the Twelve Month Ending Period field. |
| Total New Hires | The total number of new hires included for each hiring location. Only new hires assigned to jobs with a defined Job Category are included. New hires are employees hired outside of the date in the Twelve Month Ending Period field. |
