HR Event Qualifier

The HR Event Qualifier defines employees' eligibility to participate in the associated coverage period or enrollment based on initiating HR events. When using HR Event Qualifiers to trigger enrollments, if a specified event occurs for an employee, that employee must meet the eligibility criteria for at least one option within the enrollment before Dayforce can assign the enrollment to the employee.

Field Description

Initiating HR Event

Select the HR event or events that must be initiated by a change in the employees' status for the employee to be eligible. Example: If employees are eligible when their marital status is updated, select Marital Status Changed.

You can select any of the events configured in Workflow Administration > HR Events as the initiating events.
