Group Setup

In HR Admin > Groups, you can group users based on eligibility criteria for learning, compensation plans, shift bidding, or payroll import. For example, you could use this functionality to create a group of all the users who have been hired into a specific role in the last 90 days. Then, you can use these groups to assign training to employees automatically. Continuing the example, you could automatically assign a new manager learning plan to everyone who's started a managerial role in the last 90 days.
