Controls access to global properties in HR Admin > Global Properties. The Global Properties feature in ConnectedPay are employee data fields used by organizations that work with in-country partners (ICPs) to manage their payroll. Global properties can be mandatory or optional; users can only edit properties that are optional.
- With all checkboxes cleared, users are prevented from viewing, adding, editing, or deleting global properties.
- Select Can Read and users can view existing global properties, but with read-only access.
- Select Can Update and users can edit existing global properties.
- Select Can Create and users can add global properties.
- Select Can Delete and users can delete existing global properties.
