Direct Manager's Experience
If you're viewing one of your direct reports' employee profile and you’ve never answered the survey questions, you will see the flight risk survey. The survey asks the employee's manager about their experiences and relationship with the employee. Dayforce uses your survey answers to generate a profile that explains your employee's engagement levels and highlight areas that could use improvement to reduce the employee's flight risk. See Flight Risk Profile.
Note: You must select an answer for each question before you can submit the survey.
You can retake the survey for your direct reports once every 60 days. After you submit the survey, Dayforce shows a Retake Survey button at the top right side of the screen. If you have already submitted the survey within the last 60 days, the button is disabled and when you hover the cursor over it, Dayforce shows a tooltip that informs you how many days until you can retake the survey. After 60 days pass, the Retake Survey button becomes enabled and you can click it to retake the survey.
Indirect Manager's Experience
You must be an employee's direct manager to answer the survey about them. If the employee whose profile you’re viewing isn't your direct report and the manager hasn't yet responded to the survey, Dayforce shows a message in the Flight Risk screen that informs you that only the manager can answer the survey. After the employee's manager submits the survey, you can see the flight risk profile for that employee. See Flight Risk Profile.
