Flight Risk Profile

After the employee's direct manager submits the flight risk survey, Dayforce generates the flight risk profile. All users who have access to the employee can see their flight risk profile if they have permissions to view the Flight Risk screen.

The flight risk profile contains information about the employee's engagement and flight risk level, and practical tips for how to improve these measures. The information is shown in two main sections: Engagement Level and Key Information.

Engagement Level

The Engagement Level section of the flight risk profile contains information about the employee's level of engagement in their job. You can click the blue arrows to expand each section and view more information:

Dayforce shows the following engagement indicators next to each section so that you can see at a glance the employee's engagement level in that area:

Engagement indicators
Indicator Description
Engaged icon. A green circle with a checkmark indicates that the employee is engaged in that area.
Not engaged icon. An orange triangle with an exclamation mark indicates that the employee isn't engaged in that area.
Disengaged icon. A red circle with an exclamation mark indicates that the employee is actively disengaged in that area.

Along with the information about the employee's engagement levels, Dayforce provides some practical tips that can help managers maintain or improve their employee's engagement. In turn, improvements in the employee's engagement can help to reduce the employee’s flight risk.
