Flex Credit Plans

If your organization gives credit amounts to spend on benefits plans, you must configure flex credit plans in Benefits Setup > Flex Credit Setup > Flex Credit Plans. You can then associate the flex credit plans to benefit plans in Benefits Setup > Plans and Options.

In the Flex Credit Plans subfeature, you can configure flex credit plans and define eligibility qualifiers, tiers, annual flex credit amounts, and participant definition rules.

After configuring a flex credit plan, you must publish the plan for mobile and web enrollments. When the plan is published, you see a green icon next to the flex credit plan in the left sidebar.

After creating flex credit plans, you can do the following tasks:

  • Copy the flex credit plan to create a new plan.
  • Localize the flex credit plan name and description.

You can't delete the flex credit plan after you publish it.
