After you configure the flex credit plan details, you can add tiers and set the credit amounts required for employees' eligible dependents. The tiers of the flex credit plan must match with the tiers of the benefit plan you want to associate it to. When adding tiers to flex credit plans, Dayforce shows tiers that aren't already added to the flex credit plan. You can add the following tiers:
- Employee
- Employee & Spouse/Legal Partner
- Employee & Children
- Employee & Family
- Employee & Child
- Employee & 1 Dependent
- Employee & 2 Dependents
- Employee & 3 Dependents
- Employee & 4 Dependents
- Employee & 5 Dependents
- Employee & 1 or more Dependents
- Employee & 2 or more Dependents
If you want to delete a tier from a published flex credit plan, you must first unpublish the plan and then delete the tier.
