Filter Pay Zones

In HR Admin > Pay Structure, you can click Filter to open a panel that shows the following filter options by default:

  • Additional Criteria
  • City
  • Country
  • Name
  • State / Province
  • Zip / Postal Code

You can click Add Filter in the panel to remove filter options or add the following non-default options:

  • Effective From
  • Effective To
  • Last Modified On
  • Reference Code

To filter pay zones:

  1. Go to HR Admin > Pay Structure and click Filter.
  2. Click Add Filter, select the filters that you want to use, and click Update.
  3. Configure the filters and then click Apply Filter.

Save Favorite Sets of Filters

In HR Admin > Pay Structure, you can save the filters that you frequently use together as a favorite so you can more easily access the results. 

To save a set of filters as a favorite:

  1. Go to HR Admin > Pay Structure.
  2. In the Filter panel, select and apply the filter settings as needed.
  3. Click Favorites > Save Favorite As to open the Add New Favorite dialog box, which includes a list of any previously saved favorites.
  4. In the field provided, enter a name for your new favorite.
  5. (Optional) To load the favorite filter settings by default each time you open HR Admin > Pay Structure, select the Load by Default checkbox.
  6. Click Save. The dialog box closes, and the favorite is added to the Favorites drop-down list.
