The Export Job Complete notification sends subscribed users a message each time an HR export background job is completed. The notification includes the name of the export job that was completed and lists the files that were created (or indicates that no files were created).
Dayforce sends this notification for all export jobs in Dayforce. However, users can create rules (also known as filters) in their email application (for example, Microsoft Outlook) to sort messages by their subject line. For example, users that don’t want to know when the Clock Info Export job is completed can create a rule to automatically send messages with the subject line, "Your export job (Clock Info Export) has successfully completed" to the Junk Email folder.
