Export Employee Exceptions

A warning icon appears in the employee count columns for hiring locations to indicate when one or more employees were excluded as a result of a missing a job category:

To view a detailed list of excluded employees for all of the hiring locations in the list, click Export and select Employees with Exceptions. When you do this, Dayforce generates a CSV file with the excluded employees.

To resolve these issues, go to Org Setup > Jobs and Job Assignments and select an option in the EEO-1 Job Category drop-down list for each of the jobs missing this field.
