In System Admin > Client Properties, in the Contacts tab, you can set various contacts for your organization. For example, the contacts that receive the delivery packages generated by Dayforce, Inc.. Delivery packages can be sent to multiple contacts in the organization and can contain reports, direct deposit pay stubs, or physical checks to be distributed. You can also set other contact types here, including ROE Contacts and ROE Issuers (for Canadian payroll).
To enter contacts for an organization:
- Go to System Admin > Client Properties.
- In the Contacts tab, click Add.
- In the Contact Type drop-down list, select the type of contact you're configuring.
- Enter the contact details using the available fields and drop-down lists.
- In the Communication Type drop-down list, select the contact's communication type.
- Select Customer Support/Year End to receive emails from the Support team regarding year end activities.
- No other types are used at this time.
- Click Save.
