Enables the Engagement feature, which appears on the Home screen and navigation panel. In this feature, you can view a list of surveys for your organization. This list includes a summary of key information for each survey, including its status, participation level, engagement index, and engagement levels. When you click a survey, you can also see all of the submitted results and comments that you have access to.
Engagement Subfeatures
Allow export results: Provides access to the Export Results button in the Survey Results tab of Engagement.
Engagement Administration: Provides the ability to review, edit and hide comments, and enables the Publish Results tab for surveys. You can view dynamic survey results as the survey is running. Access to this subfeature is required to publish results and comments to managers at different organizational levels.
Administrators are typically assigned both the Engagement feature and Engagement Administration subfeature to grant them access to all surveys. Administrators have access to the entire organization tree view as configured for each survey, and can view all results and comments that meet the configured thresholds.
