You can end the export configuration if you don’t want to delete it and want it to be inactive.
If you have multiple configurations of a certain type for one carrier, only one can be active at any time. Ensure that effective dates between configurations have no gaps.
To end an export configuration:
- Go to Integrations > Data Export Setup > Benefits Data Export.
- Click the row of the export configuration that you want to end.
- Enter a date in the Effective To field.
- Click Save.
