Dayforce can deliver notifications to subscribed users through one or more delivery channels.
To enable notification channels:
- Go to System Admin > System Notifications and click the Channels tab.
- Find the notification that you want to configure. Notifications are grouped into categories based on Dayforce feature area.
- Use the drop-down lists in the columns next to the notification to select which channels to enable. Dayforce sends notifications through each of the selected channels to all subscribed users.
- Click Save.
