Controls access to the Work > Work Contracts screen in People. Can Create, Can Read, Can Update, and Can Delete are all selected by default, which means users have full access to the feature.
- Select Can Create to:
- Enable the Add button in the Primary Work Contract list and the Work Pattern Details and Complementary Hours tabs.
- Enable the Copy button in the Primary Work Contract section and the Complementary Hours tab.
- Enable the Save button.
- When Can Create is cleared, the Add and Copy buttons aren’t available.
- Select Can Read to make the feature read-only.
- Select Can Update to enable editing in the Primary Work Contract list and the Work Pattern Details and Complementary Hours tabs. When the checkbox is cleared, the data in the list and tabs is read-only.
- Select Can Delete to enable the Delete button in the Primary Work Contract list and the Work Patterns and Complementary Hours tabs. When the checkbox is cleared, the Delete button isn’t available.
