Employee Payment Request Form

The Employee Payment Request system form in Workflow Administration > Form Builder allows you to create a form which employees can use to request a one-time payment based on a single earning.

If a request includes multiple employees and payments, use the Quick Entry Payment form instead. See Quick Entry Payment Form.

After the form is submitted and approved, a quick entry is added to the next scheduled open pay run, based on the request date entered in the form. The quick entries are shown in the Quick Entry sub-tab in Payroll > Pay Run Management as well as Payroll > Data Entry. You need to perform a payroll calculation for these quick entries when they are added to the pay run.
