Controls create, read, update, and delete access to:
- The following fields in the Pay Information section of work assignment records in the Work > Work Assignments screen of People:
- Rate
- Rate Level
- Guaranteed Amount
- Note: The read permission of this access authorization is a prerequisite for pay grade fields to be displayed in the Pay Information section.
- The following fields in the Compensation and Hours section of employment status records in the Employment Status tab of the Employment > Employment Settings screen in People:
- Annual Salary
- Base Rate
- Default Target Bonus (%)
- Target Bonus Override (%)
- Vacation Rate
- Overtime Rate
- Alternate Rate
- Daily Rate
The Can Read permission also controls the ability to view employee compensation history in the Internal Candidate Hire form of Recruiting.
Note: This access authorization doesn’t control access to pay rate information for ad hoc reporting. This information is controlled by the Employee Status Information access authorization. See Employee Status Information.
