Employee Onboarding Policy Expiry Alert

This background job controls the Employee Onboarding Policy Expiry notifications and checks if any employees have policies that are about to expire.

Note: Onboarding notifications aren't sent to employees until sometime after midnight UTC on the date the employees' onboarding policy is active, when the background job to send notifications is run.

Employee Onboarding Policy Expiry Alert job settings
Setting	Description
Administrator Alert	Sets how to send the Employee Onboarding Policy Expiry - Administrator notification to administrators: Don't send: Administrators don’t receive any onboarding alerts. This setting is the initial default for every new job request. All Employees: Administrators receive onboarding alerts for all employees. Only the employees the administrator can access: Administrators receive onboarding alerts only for the employees who they have access to view, as configured in the Location Access tab in System Admin > User.
Manager Alert	Sets Dayforce to send the Employee Onboarding Policy Expiry - Manager notification to managers.
Onboarding Employee Alert	Sets Dayforce to send the Employee Onboarding Policy Expiry - Onboarding Employee notification to employees.
Offset days	The number of days before the policy expires to send the initial notification. For example, to send the first notification to subscribers three days before the policy expires, enter `-3` in this field.
Offset days (optional)	You can use these optional fields to send the notifications again after the initial notification is sent. For example, enter `-1` to send a notification one day before the policy is set to expire, `0` to send it on the expiry date, `1` to send it a day after the policy expires, and so on.
