Before You Begin: This topic applies only to German pay groups.
When you run the Employee National ID Migration background job, Dayforce generates a CSV file of the results. This file is sent to Message Center and is named according to whether it’s run in test mode, as follows:

When you run the job in test mode, no data is copied from the National ID Number field to a record for the selected confidential ID type. Instead, Dayforce generates a CSV file that you can review before finalizing your updates.

| Employee Number | Shows the employee's employee number. |
| First Name | Shows the employee's first name. |
| Last Name | Shows the employee's last name. |
| Pay Group | Shows the employee's pay group as of the run date of the job. |
| Status | Shows the employment status of the employee as at the job's run date. |
| National ID | Shows the value currently contained in the National ID Number field of the employee's profile in People. |
| Valid ID |
If the employee's national ID number is valid for the confidential ID type that you selected, this column shows Yes. If the employee's national ID number isn’t valid for the confidential ID type that you selected, this column showsNo. |
| Migrated |
(This field is only shown in the non-test mode CSV file) If the employee's national ID number is valid for the confidential ID type that you selected and there is no data in that field already, this column shows Yes. If no migration has taken place, this column shows No. |
| Effective From | For valid IDs, shows the effective from date applied to the record for the confidential ID type when the job runs in non-test mode. |
