The Employee Flight Risk chart is shown in the Analytics tab regardless of whether your organization uses the Performance module. This view is a pie chart that shows the number of employees with high, medium, and low flight risk levels:
You can hover the cursor over the segments of the chart to view the number of employees who fall into that category:
Note: High, medium, and low flight risk scores shown here are relative to all of the employees in your organization, but you can only see the scores for employees that you have access to.
Managers and administrators can use this view to identify employees who have a high risk of leaving the organization within the next month. Managers can use this chart along with the personalized flight risk toolkit in the People profile to identify high-flight-risk employees and create strategies to reduce their risk of leaving.
If you have access to the People feature and to employee personal information, you can click a segment in the chart to open the People List with the list filtered to show the employees in that category. For example, if you click the red High segment in the chart pictured above, the People feature opens and shows the 25 employees who have a flight risk score of high.
Note: To open the filtered employee list, your user role must have access to the People feature and read permission for the Employee Personal Information access authorization. If you don't have both of these access items, then the employee list doesn't open when you click the chart.
