The Employee Field Change Qualifier evaluates if there are updates to certain fields in an employee’s profile in People to determine rule qualification. For example, you can configure the qualifier to trigger a pay rule if an employee’s average daily hours or normal weekly hours change within a configurable period.

| Qualified pay codes | The pay codes the qualifier checks for in pay segments to initiate the associated pay rule. If a pay segment doesn’t contain any of these pay codes, the rule doesn’t qualify. |
