Controls access to view, add, edit, and delete information in the Personal > Emergency Contacts screen in People.
Users assigned this access authorization have access to the emergency contact information fields in the Employee topic of the ad hoc reporting tool. If the authorization isn’t assigned, users can't add these fields to reports when creating ad hoc reports in Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports. Also, if reports created by other users contain these fields, Dayforce doesn't show the fields when the user runs the report.
Select at least the Can Read checkbox and users can access the following fields:
- Address
- City
- Province/State
- Country
- Postal/Zip Code
- Business Phone
- Home Phone
- Cell Phone
