Employee Dependents Outside Enrollment

Controls access to fields on the Current Dependent Information form, when the form is accessed outside of enrollment.

Before You Begin: This access is needed only for user roles that are responsible for configuring and maintaining employee benefits. See HR Admin and Application Container.

  • With all of the checkboxes cleared, users can't view, create, edit, or delete dependent information.
  • Select Can Create and users can create and edit dependent information outside of enrollment.
  • Select Can Read and users can view existing dependent information outside of enrollment, but with read-only access.
  • Select Can Update and users can edit existing dependent information outside of enrollment.
  • Select Can Delete and users can delete existing dependent information outside of enrollment.
