Employee Dependent Beneficiary

Controls access to employees' dependent and beneficiary information in Dayforce.

Before You Begin: This access is needed for user roles that are responsible for configuring and maintaining employee benefits. See HR Admin and Application Container.

• With all of the checkboxes cleared, users can't view, create, edit, or delete employees' dependent and beneficiary information.
• Select Can Create and users can create employees' dependent and beneficiary information.
• Select Can Read and users can view employees' dependent and beneficiary information.
• Select Can Update and users can edit employees' dependent and beneficiary information.
• Select Can Delete and users can delete employees' dependent and beneficiary information.
