Controls access to benefit-sourced earnings and deductions displayed in the tabs in Payroll > Payroll Elections screen of People. Dayforce calculates benefits-sourced earnings based on information recorded in the Benefits features.
This access is needed only for user roles that are responsible for configuring and maintaining employee benefits. For more information on the related role features, see HR Admin and Application Container.
- With all checkboxes cleared, users can't view, create, edit, or delete benefit-sourced information. The contents of the tabs appear blank.
- Select Can Create and users can create and edit employee benefit-sourced information.
- Select Can Read and users can view existing employee benefit-sourced information, but with read-only access.
- Select Can Update and users can edit existing employee benefit-sourced records.
- Select Can Delete and users can delete existing benefit-sourced records.
