Controls whether users can view employees' benefit balances using an alternate display format.
The authorization is enabled when the user role is assigned at least one of the four access permissions (Can Create, Can Read, Can Update, Can Delete).
When enabled, Dayforce converts the balance according to the format defined in the Alternative Display Formula or the Alternative Display Format fields in the Units tab in Pay Setup > Balances.
