Edit UK Pension Records

To edit a pension record for an employee:

  1. Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Payroll > Pension.
  2. Click the row of the pension record that you want to edit to expand the record.
  3. For employees with Inactive status and a worker category of Other Qualified Scheme, you can only edit the Pay Period End Date and Comments fields. For employees with any other member status, edit any of the following fields:
    • Pay Period Start Date
    • Pay Period End Date
    • Worker Category
    • Member Status
    • Deferral Date
    • Comments
  4. Click Save in the toolstrip.

Dayforce validates the record and displays any warnings or errors in the Problems panel.

If you change the dates of a pension record, Dayforce adjusts the date values of any historical records to ensure that there is no overlap between records.
