You can edit dashboard properties such as the title, dashboard group, description, layout, and font size. Any changes that you make following the instructions below affect the dashboard as a whole. You can also edit properties for individual views. See Edit View Properties.
To edit dashboard properties:
- Go to Reporting and Analytics > Dashboards > Dashboards and open the dashboard whose properties you want to edit.
- Click Properties in the toolstrip at the top of the screen.

Adjust the required options in the Dashboard Properties dialog box:
- Title and Description fields
- Dashboard group drop-down list: Select a new dashboard group in the drop-down list to change the group that the dashboard belongs to.
- Layout: Drag the sliders to adjust the size of the columns where the dashboard's views appear. Click All Equal to make them all the same size. You can have up to three columns.
- Font Size in Charts: Select a new font size in the drop-down list.
- Show Filter Values: Select the radio button for your desired option. You can show filter values in all views, hide in all views, or use view-specific settings.
- Show Header and Footer: Select the radio button for your desired option. You can show header and footer information in all views, hide in all views, or use view-specific settings.
- Show Drilldown Summary: Select the radio button for your desired option. You can show the drilldown summary in all views, hide in all views, or use view-specific settings.
- Click Save.
