The fields in the Departments tab in the EEO-4 filing template show data pulled from the departments specified in the General tab.

Department Name |
The department name that’s defined for the site in the Establishment Name field of the Organization > Compliance Properties tab in Org Setup > Organization. If the Establishment Name field isn't defined, this column is blank. |
Department Description | Description of the department, if one is available. |
Department Reference Code | Reference code of the department. |
Total Employee Count |
The total number of employees from the payroll filing period. |
Full-Time Employee Count |
The total number of full-time employees in the payroll filing period. Only employees who have EEO-4 data recorded in Dayforce are included (ethnicity, gender, race, annual salary, pay class group, job function, and job category). |
Other than Full-Time Employee Count |
The total number of employees who are not full-time in the payroll filing period. Only employees who have EEO-4 data recorded in Dayforce are included. |
New Hire Count |
The total number of new hires in the fiscal year period. Only new hires who have EEO-4 data recorded in Dayforce are included. |
