Departments Tab Column List

The fields in the Departments tab in the EEO-4 filing template show data pulled from the departments specified in the General tab.

Column Description

Department Name

The department name that’s defined for the site in the Establishment Name field of the Organization > Compliance Properties tab in Org Setup > Organization. If the Establishment Name field isn't defined, this column is blank.

Department Description Description of the department, if one is available.
Department Reference Code Reference code of the department.

Total Employee Count

The total number of employees from the payroll filing period.

Full-Time Employee Count

The total number of full-time employees in the payroll filing period. Only employees who have EEO-4 data recorded in Dayforce are included (ethnicity, gender, race, annual salary, pay class group, job function, and job category).

Other than Full-Time Employee Count

The total number of employees who are not full-time in the payroll filing period. Only employees who have EEO-4 data recorded in Dayforce are included.

New Hire Count

The total number of new hires in the fiscal year period. Only new hires who have EEO-4 data recorded in Dayforce are included.
