Delete Option Rates

You can’t delete a rate record if employees are enrolled in an option using the selected rate.

To delete a rate:

1. Go to Benefits Setup > Plans and Options.
2. In the left sidebar, click the health or life and disability plan option for which you want to delete rates.
3. Click the Rates tab.
4. Click a date range to select a rate.
5. Click Delete.
6. In the dialog box, click Delete.
7. Click Save.
