You can’t delete a rate record if employees are enrolled in an option using the selected rate.
To delete a rate:
- Go to Benefits Setup > Plans and Options.
- In the left sidebar, click the health or life and disability plan option for which you want to delete rates.
- Click the Rates tab.
- Click a date range to select a rate.
- Click Delete.
- In the dialog box, click Delete.
- Click Save.
