Delete Events from Enrollments

Before You Begin: Before you can delete an event from an enrollment, you must remove any associated restrictions. Enrollment restrictions are discussed later in this guide.

To delete an enrollment event:

  1. Go to Benefits Setup > Enrollments.
  2. In the Load dialog box, open the Life Event or Mobile and Web - Life Event Enrollment that you want to work with.
  3. Click the Event Details tab.
  4. In the Included Events section, click the event that you want to delete.
  5. Click Delete. If you haven't removed the event from all election sets, Dayforce generates an error indicating this, along with a list of the election sets you need to delete the event from.
  6. Remove the event from all election sets and then try deleting the event from the Event Details tab again.
  7. Click Save.
