Before You Begin: Before you can delete an event from an enrollment, you must remove any associated restrictions. Enrollment restrictions are discussed later in this guide.
To delete an enrollment event:
- Go to Benefits Setup > Enrollments.
- In the Load dialog box, open the Life Event or Mobile and Web - Life Event Enrollment that you want to work with.
- Click the Event Details tab.
- In the Included Events section, click the event that you want to delete.
- Click Delete. If you haven't removed the event from all election sets, Dayforce generates an error indicating this, along with a list of the election sets you need to delete the event from.
- Remove the event from all election sets and then try deleting the event from the Event Details tab again.
- Click Save.
