The Days Since Hire Date Qualifier restricts the Shift Lockdown Period Rule to run only if a certain number of days have passed since an employee’s most recent hire date.
The qualifier has one setting, Minimum Calendar Days since Most Recent Hire Date. Enter the minimum number of calendar days that must pass since an employee’s most recent hire date for the Shift Lockdown Period Rule to run. If the number of calendar days since an employee’s most recent hire date are less than or equal to this value, the rule doesn’t run (that is, the rule doesn’t apply to the employee and you can modify their shifts within lockdown periods). This field accepts only numerical values and values greater than zero.
