The Dayforce Link Benefits Multi-Carrier Open Enrollment Export background job allows benefits administrators to export information related to Open Enrollment information, that includes multiple carriers, for transmission to a third-party vendor using Dayforce Link.
The job generates an export file that includes data for employees, dependents, and beneficiaries who have elections associated with the selected carrier. Those elections must be effective as of the Plan Start Date value that you enter. Dayforce skips the employee records with data issues and runs the background job until the application generates the export file. You can view the error details, if any, in the Job Logs tab of System Admin > Background Jobs.
The job uses the Dayforce Link Receiver Id (Open Enrollment) value defined in the corresponding Ongoing / Open Enrollment Multi-Carrier type export configuration in Integrations > Data Export Setup > Benefits Data Export. If Dayforce doesn’t find an active entry for the Dayforce Link Receiver Id (Open Enrollment) when the job is processed, the job fails.
Note: To obtain a receiver ID, contact your Dayforce Services representative.
You can run the job, or schedule it to run at a specific time. When the job successfully completes, Dayforce outputs records to the export.
