The table below explains what can cause the data validation error messages that you might see in the Validation Errors tab in System Admin > Data Management Center:

Employee has multiple primary employment status records. For example, the effective end date is null or future dated. |

Employee has multiple primary address records. For example, the effective end date is null or future dated. |

Candidate has multiple currently-effective Primary Residence Address records. |
Employee has multiple address records For example, the effective end date is null or future dated. |

GeoCountry table has multiple entries for the same country. |
The GeoCountry table has multiple records with the same country name or country code. |
You can use the information in the table above to fix the issues shown in the Validation Errors tab. To view more information about an employee, click the person icon next to their name to open their employee card.
