Customize Dependent Verification Text

In Dependent Verification, you can configure instructional text, add hyperlinks, and localize text related to dependent verification. You can add text to a maximum of 2,500 characters. Employees can see this information in the Dependent Verification tab of Benefits.

Role feature access: Benefits Setup > Customize Content > Dependent Verification

To configure the dependent verification text:

  1. Go to Benefits Setup > Customize Content > Dependent Verification.
  2. In the Instructional Text section, edit the default text.
  3. Click Save.
