Create OSP Entitlements

Create the following entitlements for the OSP payout levels:

• UK OSP 100 Award
• UK OSP 80 Award
• UK OSP 60 Award
• UK OSP 0 Award

To create the UK OSP 100 Award entitlement:

1. Go to Pay Setup > Entitlements and click the Entitlements tab.
2. Click Add in the toolstrip. A slide-out panel opens.
3. Enter UK OSP 100 Award in the Name field.
4. In the Balance drop-down list, click UK OSP 100.
5. In the Recurrence drop-down list, click Annual Rollover.
6. In the Rollover Recurrence drop-down list, click Annual Rollover.
7. In the Rules and Qualifiers section, click the add icon and then click Ruleset.
8. Enter OSP 100 in the Name field.
9. Enter 0.00 in the Minimum field.
10. Select the Policy Assignment checkbox.
11. In the Rules and Qualifiers section, click the add icon and then click Rule.
12. In the Type drop-down list, click Award Balance Amount Rule.
13. Enter Award 20 Hours in the Name field.
14. Enter 20 in the Balance amount to award field.
15. Click Save.

To create the UK OSP 80 Award entitlement:

1. Go to Pay Setup > Entitlements and click the Entitlements tab.
2. Click Add in the toolstrip.
3. Enter UK OSP 80 Award in the Name field
4. In the Balance drop-down list, click UK OSP 80.
5. In the Recurrence drop-down list, click Annual Rollover.
6. In the Rollover Recurrence drop-down list, click Annual Rollover.
7. In the Rules and Qualifiers section, click the add icon and then click Ruleset.
8. Enter OSP 80 in the Name field.
9. Enter 0.00 in the Minimum field.
10. Select the Policy Assignment checkbox.
11. In the Rules and Qualifiers section, click the add icon and then click Rule.
12. In the Type drop-down list, click Award Balance Amount Rule.
13. Enter Award 20 Hours in the Name field.
14. Enter 20 in the Balance amount to award field.
15. Click Save.

To create the UK OSP 60 Award entitlement:

1. Go to Pay Setup > Entitlements and click the Entitlements tab.
2. Click Add in the toolstrip.
3. Enter UK OSP 60 Award in the Name field.
4. In the Balance drop-down list, click UK OSP 60.
5. In the Recurrence drop-down list, click Annual Rollover.
6. In the Rollover Recurrence drop-down list, click Annual Rollover.
7. In the Rules and Qualifiers section, click the add icon and then click Ruleset.
8. Enter OSP 60 in the Name field.
9. Enter 0.00 in the Minimum field.
10. Select the Policy Assignment checkbox.
11. In the Rules and Qualifiers section, click the add icon and then click Rule.
12. In the Type drop-down list, click Award Balance Amount Rule.
13. Enter Award 20 Hours in the Name field.
14. Enter 20 in the Balance amount to award field.
15. Click Save.

To create the UK OSP 0 Award entitlement:

1. Go to Pay Setup > Entitlements and click the Entitlements tab.
2. Click Add in the toolstrip.
3. Enter UK OSP 0 Award in the Name field.
4. In the Balance drop-down list, click UK OSP 0.
5. In the Recurrence drop-down list, click Annual Rollover.
6. In the Rollover Recurrence drop-down list, click Annual Rollover.
7. In the Rules and Qualifiers section, click the add icon and then click Ruleset.
8. Enter OSP 0 in the Name field.
9. Select the Policy Assignment checkbox.
10. In the Rules and Qualifiers section, click the add icon and then click Rule.
11. In the Type drop-down list, click Award Balance Amount Rule.
12. Enter Award 20 Hours in the Name field.
13. Enter 20 in the Balance amount to award field.
14. Click Save.
