After you create a job you can create job assignments for the job. Job assignments can’t be created without a job existing first. See Create Jobs.
You can also import job assignments instead of manually adding them. See Org Setup Import and Export Configuration.
To create a job assignment:
- Go to Org Setup > Jobs and Job Assignments and click the Jobs and Job Assignments tab.
- In the left sidebar, expand the job family that contains the job that you want to add the job assignment to. Jobs without a job family are listed below No Job Family.
- Select the job that you want to add the job assignment to and, in the toolstrip, click Add > Add Job Assignment.
- Complete the fields. See Job Assignment Settings.
- Click Save.
